This book is sad and you have hope throughout the whole entire book for young middle schooler Suzy Swanson. This girl is not what you would expect. She thinks stuff that some people would not even think of like the formation of ants, sleep patterns, and the about 20 million of Shakespeare's atoms but she can not explain how Franny Jackson's life ended short. This is a heart breaking and sad tale. You will seek hope for  young Suzy.
